How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Pakistan in 3 to 5 working days. You’ll get an update by email or phone once your order ships. Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay in cash when your books arrive. Cash on delivery is available on every order. Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over Rs [amount]. Below that, a small delivery fee is shown at checkout. What if my book arrives damaged or I ordered the wrong one?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace the book or refund you. How do I track my order?
Log in and open My account, then Orders. Or message us with your order number and we’ll check for you. Can I order a book that isn’t on the website?
Yes. Email us the title and author and we’ll try to source it for you. Can I buy books as gifts?
Yes. Add a gift note in the order notes at checkout and we’ll include it with the parcel.
